COP – Out of COP 28

She looks well fed!

IMF Boss Says Governments Need to Impose Global Carbon Tax On Citizens to Punish Them For Using Energy.

Starting with her, of course.

Canada needs to opt out of COP 28 – and the UN for that matter. The UN’s stated goal is not to prevent another World War, as was their mandate when formed after WW2, but total world wide control through one world government with the UN in charge. They’re using the threat of climate catastrophe as a world wide existential threat – how I love that word – that requires a world wide solution by world wide governance. In other words them. There was a reason God destroyed Babel.

Open your eyes Canada.

We are being deceived big time. They, the UN, are lying to us big time. Why oh why do people still believe their lies when not a single dire prediction coming out of their mouths has ever come true. Case in point: The UN predicted way back in the 1980s that the Maldives would be underwater by 01 Jan 2018.

Maldives today:

MALÉ - MALDIVES, holiday destination, Flights, Hotels, General ...

Diversity is our strength. We have to support our indigenous peoples:

Indigenous band is forcing live aboard boat and house boat owners out of leased Mosquito Creek marina slips. Too bad, so sad but the last thing I would ever do is lease a home on Indigenous land. Like our Charter of Rights and Freedoms these lease agreements are not worth the paper they are written on. And the courts and our Federal government always take the side of the indigenous peoples.

Christmas is coming soon:

Gift Cards? Another COP-OUT. Shopping online? Another COP OUT.

COP Out everyone.

Huh?

Medical experts are warning that the U.S. could face a “syndemic” winter as respiratory viruses surge and temperatures plunge. Brrrr.

Say what?

Yes, a syndemic is not unlike the “tripledemics” that health-care systems have grappled with the past two winters — when multiple pathogens, like COVID-19, RSV and the flu converge in a population. A syndemic, however, considers how interacting epidemics have increasingly adverse effects on communities that face systemic and structural inequities.

Say what? So called experts. What does that, this mean? The Covid response by the government at all levels was sinful, hence a syndemic.

Is that like a synod? In the religious sense it is.

So says the USA’s Expert on Health

We’re doomed:

Trudeau government suffers from ‘denominator blindness’ when it comes to big numbers:

Raising taxes on high-income earners, as Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland promised in her 2023 federal budget, will only prompt them to take measures to avoid these higher tax burdens, according to a new study.

Canada’s Minister of Finance having an “Ah Ha” moment. Ah yes, 2+2 does equal 22. The budget will balance itself, the budget will balance itself, the budget will balance itself, the budget will balance itself.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

"We'd Like You To Meet Krishna..." | Back to Godhead

Hmmmmm. The Canadian budget will balance itself.

YOU CAN’T HANDLE THE TRUTH:

Canadian Conservative MP Jack Nicholson ejected from House of Commons for calling Trudeau a liar. Yesssss! Finally the truth comes out.

Are we still a member of this thingy?

UN climate summit serving gourmet burgers, BBQ as it calls for Americans to stop eating meat.

Saving the World One Cow Fart at a Time - Lift'N'Balance

I agree with that. “Beano anyone?”

Poor cows:

The U.N.'s Food & Agriculture Organization will publish its first-ever global food systems’ road map during an upcoming COP28 session, which is expected to recommend nations that "over-consume meat" to limit their consumption as part of a broader effort to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. “Let it be resolved that cow farts are bad for the planet.” So says the UN General Assembly just prior to breaking for lunch. McDees here we come.

When our central bank says this:

Bank of Canada says immigration hasn’t added to inflation, but has hit housing market.

Helloooo. Housing is now taking up over 60% of monthly expenses…but that has nothing to do with inflation or the high cost of living here. But this has nothing to do with inflation!?!?

What a bunch of oxy-morons those wankers…erm bankers are.

You know we are in trouble. Canada is doomed.

One of my favourites:

Second Sunday Of Advent

Today is the second Sunday of Advent. Light that second candle and view its rays of hope, and redemption.

After a chaotic year, there is comfort to be found when we pause to read, pray, and reflect over the course of the Advent season…a time when believers eagerly anticipate the celebration of Christ’s birth. Become a believer.

The second Sunday of Advent gives us the opportunity to prepare our hearts in faithful waiting, celebrate the birth of Jesus, and ready ourselves for his second coming. He is coming but the time and the day know one knows, except the Father.

It’s a beautiful chance to reflect on the ways prophecy has been fulfilled and to ponder what the future (promised to us through prophecies) will bring.

Never worry as God is in control of all things:

Love this time of year. It is my favorite.

Another beautiful song.

Bless everyone.

Ave Maria

You can say what you want about religious and spiritual thought as being irrelevant in this secular world we find ourselves in today. Perhaps, but just look at the contributions to our civilization that religious thought has made. As in music and this song by Schubert:

Beautiful. It brings tears to your eyes.

An Andre Rieu concert on the Frijthof in Maastricht, which is his home town. I have been in that Medieval city and attended a concert by him back in July 2018, just prior to starting my Camino in France: The Vezelay (Via Lemovicensis) Camino. It was magical.

I just finished the Camino Frances. I am going to do Le Puy next September. Can’t wait.

Red Jewel

An excerpt from my book Red Jewel:

…As I said this Ruth turned toward me. Slowly, ever so slowly she moved
her head toward mine. Her arms came up and touched my shoulders. I
did not know what to think or do at that very moment. I followed her
lead. Our eyes met. She smiled aff ectionately at me, then, instinctively,
we embraced. We were drawn to one another, naturally. We kissed. A
sweet short kiss followed by a long, warm touch. It was wonderful. I was
becoming aroused.

“I will not be leaving you Ruth. Not ever. I will be back. I promise you.”
Saying nothing she smiled at me with her eyes, with her mouth and
with her expression. She stroked my facial features and my hair with her
soft hands.

“Promise me Nigel? Promise me again and again.”

“I promise Ruth.”

“I think I love you, Nigel. I do love you.”

She loves me? I thought. She loves me. What does that mean?

No response. I said nothing.

What a wonderful afternoon we spent together. Walking back to
Kingswear hand in hand: playful, laughing and boasting in jest, stopping
from time to time to embrace. Time…and the world around us stood
still. The walk to the lower Kingswear Dartmouth ferry melted away —
too quickly. As she boarded the ferry to Dartmouth, I stood there and
watched her go. In her giddy way she jumped up and down…for joy…as
she waved goodbye to me over and over again until she was out of sight.
For the first time in my life, I was extremely happy. Happy!
